Thank you for shopping with BidBuild Marketplace. We’re committed to delivering your outdoor living and construction products quickly, securely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high-demand periods.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer several shipping options based on product type, location, and weight:

  • 📦 Standard Ground Shipping (5–10 business days)

  • 🚚 Freight Shipping for oversized or heavy items (delivery scheduled by carrier)

  • Expedited Shipping may be available at an additional cost

Shipping methods are displayed at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, carrier capacity, and your location.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some items may qualify for free shipping promotions.

  • Freight shipments may include additional handling or liftgate service fees.

  • International shipping is not currently available unless otherwise stated.


4. Freight Deliveries

For large items such as pools, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, or heavy equipment:

  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment upon arrival.

📸 If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact support immediately with photos.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order:

  • Through the carrier’s website.

  • By logging into your BidBuild Marketplace account.

  • By contacting our support team for assistance.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Inventory or backorder issues

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll work to keep you informed and updated throughout the process.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact support@bidbuild.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

  • Replacements or refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for freight or oversized items.

  • Some products may have state or regional restrictions.
