BidBuild Marketplace is an online platform enabling contractors, homeowners, and businesses to browse and purchase outdoor living and construction products, connect materials to projects, and access BidBuild App tools. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service aspect without notice.

3. User Accounts

Account creation requires accurate, current, and complete information. Users must maintain login credential confidentiality and are responsible for all account activities. BidBuild may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. Orders & Payments

Prices display in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at order placement. BidBuild reserves rights to cancel or refuse orders, including suspected fraud. Sales tax and shipping fees apply based on location and product type.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Trusted carriers deliver products safely and timely. Estimated delivery dates are guides, not guarantees. Delays from carriers, manufacturers, or external factors are beyond company control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy. Custom, special-order, and clearance items are non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Reverse-engineer the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All BidBuild Marketplace content—logos, images, text, designs, graphics, software—is owned or licensed by BidBuild and cannot be copied without written consent.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. BidBuild does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or product description accuracy. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from Service use.

10. Indemnification

Users indemnify BidBuild, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from claims arising from Service use, Terms violations, or third-party rights violations.

11. Modifications to Terms

BidBuild may update Terms anytime. Changes take effect immediately. Continued Service use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

Terms are governed by Florida state law. Disputes are resolved exclusively in Hillsborough County, Florida state or federal courts.
