Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
BidBuild accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on most new, unused, and unopened items. Requirements include:
- Original packaging intact
- Product unused, uninstalled, and resaleable
- Valid proof of purchase provided
Non-returnable items: Custom, special-order, clearance, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Return Process
The return process involves three steps:
- Email support@bidbuild.shop with your order details
- Receive Return Authorization (RA) from our team
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection to the original payment method. Shipping costs remain non-refundable unless the error was ours. A restocking fee up to 20% may apply for used or damaged returns.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and descriptions of any damage or defects. We will arrange replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products and special orders
- Installed electrical or plumbing components
- Opened chemicals or hazardous materials
- Clearance and final sale items
