1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Freight Shipping: For oversized or heavy items
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at additional cost

Delivery times vary based on product availability, carrier capacity, and your location.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Some items qualify for free shipping promotions. Freight shipments may include additional handling fees. International shipping is currently unavailable.

4. Freight Deliveries

Large items shipped via freight require a recipient aged 18+ to be present for signature. Please inspect all freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact our support team immediately with photos if damage is discovered.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships. You can track your shipment through:

  • The carrier's website using your tracking number
  • Your BidBuild account order history
  • Contacting our support team

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or inventory issues. While we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, we will provide updates and work to resolve issues promptly.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Contact support@bidbuild.shop within 7 days of delivery for damage claims. Please include photos of the damage. Report undelivered items within 48 hours of expected delivery for carrier investigation. Replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for freight shipments. Some products may have state-specific restrictions.
