Question 1

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

We do not currently offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. On items over $50 you can choose to pay over time with Shop Pay at checkout.

Question 2

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

Most new, unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@bidbuild.shop for a Return Authorization, then ship the item back. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Restocking fees may apply to manufacturer drop-shipped items (up to 25%) and used or damaged returns (up to 20%). Custom, special-order, clearance, installed and opened chemical items are not returnable. Read the full return policy.

Question 3

What is the standard shipping time?

Accepted Answer

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with standard processing of 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard ground shipping delivers in 5–10 business days. Oversized or heavy items such as pools and spas ship by freight, with delivery scheduled by the carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Question 4

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for freight or oversized items, and international shipping is not currently available unless otherwise stated.

Question 5

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed with no penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.
