Return Policy

1. Eligibility for returns

Most new, unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase.

Custom, special-order, clearance and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

2. How to return an item

  1. Email support@bidbuild.shop with your order details.
  2. Our team will send you a Return Authorization (RA).
  3. Ship the item back following the instructions provided.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

3. Refunds

When your return arrives, our warehouse inspects it to confirm it is new and in resalable condition. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 7–10 business days after inspection. If your credit card has expired, we will mail you a refund check, which must be cashed within 60 days of the date the refund is processed.

Your refund covers the product price, less any restocking or shipping fees that apply. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the error was ours. When your refund is complete, we will email you a receipt with the details.

4. Restocking and processing fees

In most cases, items we normally keep in stock that can be resold as new are returned with no restocking fee.

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer may carry a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is the fee the manufacturer charges us, so it is passed on to the customer. Used or damaged returns may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%.

All returns and cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.

5. Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed with no penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are reviewed case by case.

  • Custom products and special orders
  • Installed electrical or plumbing components
  • Opened chemicals or hazardous materials
  • Clearance and final sale items
